Abdelhafid ELOUARDI a obtenu, en 2001, un DEA de Modélisation et Instrumentation en Physique à l’université Pierre & Marie Curie, Paris VI et, en mai 2005, un Doctorat en Physique, spécialité Electronique, à l’université Paris XI. Il a mené ses travaux de recherche à l’Institut d’Electronique Fondamentale (IEF) d’Orsay. Le sujet de sa thèse portait sur l'évaluation des rétines électroniques pour une définition architecturale d’un système monopuce (SoC) dédié à la vision embarquée. Depuis septembre 2006, il occupe un poste de Maître de Conférences à l'Université Paris XI. Il effectue son activité de recherche à l'IEF au sein du département Architectures, Contrôle, Communication, Images et Systèmes (AXIS). En enseignement, il intervient en Licence IST, Master1 IST, Master2 SECI, SET, I3 et Polytech Paris-Sud. Ses enseignements portent principalement sur l'électronique numérique, l’architecture des processeurs, les bus multiplexés et l’informatique industrielle.

Thèmes de recherche

Mes recherches actuelles portent sur la conception de systèmes avec des architectures dédiées pour le traitement d’images (aspects algorithmiques et complexité), l’implantation des algorithmes de localisation de véhicule, reconstruction de trajectoire et l’évaluation des systèmes embarqués (aspects Hardware In the Loop), applications : systèmes autonomes.
